Recipe 1- Cream Cheese Icing
Yield: 8 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups Best buttercream ever
4 cups Cream cheese
Method:
1. If your buttercream is cold and solid, place in mixer bowl with whisk attachment and beat on high until buttercream is smooth again.
2. Add in cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Recipe 2- Cream Cheese Icing
Yield: 4 to 5 cups
Ingredients:
10 Tbsp Unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 8-oz packages Cream cheese
2 cups Confectioners sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Method:
1. Place butter in large bowl. Beat on medium to high until smooth. Beat in cream cheese until fully mixed.
2. Add in sugar, 1/2 cup at a time until smooth. Add in vanilla, mix well.
